Borovets

Skiing

Borovets really comes to life by night. The aprés-ski & nightlife has something for everyone. The resort is full of bars, cafes and restaurants with a mix of international & local Bulgarian cuisine.

There are ski runs for beginners, intermediates and advanced skiers, designed with international markings and multilingual signs. Pistes are bashed and maintained to a high standard. The 45km of ski pistes vary in difficulty and length and can be grouped in three regions: Sitnqkovo – Martinovi Baraki pistes, Markudjik pistes and Qstrebec pistes. The pistes on Qstrebets are the best and regularly host various winter sports competitions. Borovets has twice hosted World Cup competitions in Alpine skiing.
